Ordering & Payment

  1. How do I place an order?
    Browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

  2. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment options at checkout.

  3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Since all our products are made-to-order, processing begins immediately. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at info@zaluga.com if you need assistance.

  1. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard Shipping: 8–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  1. What are the shipping costs?

  • Free shipping on orders over $50

  • Standard Shipping: $6.99

  • Express Shipping: $13.99

  1. Do you offer international shipping?
    No, currently we only ship within the United States.

  2. Can I track my order?
    Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your package.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Since our products are custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color selection errors, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our Size Guide before ordering.

  2. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
    If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@zaluga.com within 7 days with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.
